Applied Artificial Intelligence

We have a specific Artificial Intelligence department that works to offer AI solutions that detect pattern changes, alert application and thresholds automatically, among other tasks.

We try to create a tool capable of analyzing monitoring history to predict trends, set automatic correlation alerts and be able to, using CMDB regulations, carry out root cause analysis.

Integrated CMDB

Thanks to monitoring, auto-discovery and collected information, we can already offer our clients our very own CMDB, fully integrated into Pandora FMS and fed in real time. We’ll apply on it the Helpdesk logic of our software with Integria IMS, a product from the same suite.

We’ll be able to create graphs to represent service dependencies, make impact simulations (failure, service loss), park obsolescence reports and fully integrate them with third-party processes thanks to a powerful REST API, for the CMDB to be the core of IT management.

IT automation

From release 741, we added our IT automation cornerstone: OmniShell, a tool capable of executing commands in a distributed way using current agent technology.

We want to turn Pandora FMS into the key of IT automation without using third-party applications and staying true to our centralized console ethics; with that we will achieve to deploy software, make corrective changes, execute configurations and change deployments or apply patches, among other tasks that can be automated and deployed through policies on Linux and Windows machines and network devices.

Warp Update

A unified system that allows updating console, server and agents. A fully console-integrated system that with just a click does everything without having to execute commands, copy files or cross fingers for things to go smoothly. Fast and centralized, in the case of centralized application deployment through the Metaconsole.

Command Center

Command Center is the Metaconsole’s long-awaited evolution, that will allow to visibly and centrally manage dozens of nodes at the same time, without synchronizing manually any element.

Service report

Reports to show SLA service compliance numerically (%) and with a histogram.

Policy auto-application

Add an auto-application policy system (optional) that works properly either based on new-element detection (in the added group or right in the very own policy agents) or even just the possibility of programming the policy’s application once in a while.

Flow data monitoring

Be able to integrate simple data coming from a netflow filter as a Pandora FMS numerical module, to be able to for instance, set alerts when the traffic of a specific flow exceeds a threshold or be able to measure SLA in flow traffic.

Trending Modules

It creates a new type of predictive module that compares two time ranges and evaluates by percentage or absolutely the difference. Those modules can be used in alerts, graphs or reports.

Network equipment configuration

Be able to edit, “download” and “upload” full configurations of network equipment using protocols such as telnet, ssh or tftp to manage network equipment such as switches and routers centralized. Some of it uses would be:

• Schedule configuration backups, restore trusted configuration versions with just a click.

• Detect changes in real time and know “who”, “what” and “when” about configuration changes.

• Device firmware update.

• Save time automation repetitive and hard tasks through templates and configuration application scripts.

• Make sure changes made on configurations in execution are saved.

• Identify and quickly correct non-authorised or failed changes (restoring backup manually).

• Compare NVRAM (in execution) configurations with the very first ones (saved) to identify which changes must be saved.

• Compare configurations with base configurations to identify and rever non-desired changes.

Agent update

Update agents in a centralized way from the console. An improvement on the current remote agent distribution system.

Code app monitoring

We want to reach the last monitoring frontier, code in applications to measure their times and detect bottlenecks and overloads, combining all the information in the same platform where the infrastructure, server and application metrics are.

Security Center

An innovative way to manage server security and work stations, fully integrated with system monitoring.

GIS alerts

Be able to send alerts when an agent gets out of a delimited coordinate zone, which is usually called “geo-fencing”.

IPAM report

New reports for (among others) show the usage percentage of each network, and some other information of interest that appears in IPAM screens but that cannot be included in reports.

Agent data query

On manual demand: configuration data, status, hardware status, SO items, logs, etc., in real time (everything from a predefined-element library). With no additional configuration, it would only be necessary to deploy an additional agents to that of Pandora FMS. Those data are only to be seen on screen, not to make alerts or reports, That data range would be too broad and standard. It requires the console’s direct connectivity as well as that of the agent that must listen in a specific port.

API/Console Load Balancing

Provide a standard system that allows console and API load balancing for load scaling and distribution. Perfect for environments where API use is intensive or the console is used in multi-tenant environments.

IOT in Satellite server

Offer support to the Satellite Server to natively support modbus and MQTT protocols.
