Professional training
Our training plans are adapted to different types of users: from those who use the Community version to our Corporate version customers who need to form a team to manage the Pandora FMS console.
24x7 support
There is a 24×7 service with an additional cost on the license and with almost immediate response times. The resolution of incidents varies according to their level of criticality, being the lightest levels a couple of days and up to 4 hours for the most serious incidents.
SAP monitoring
The only plugin on the market certified by SAP SE Ⓡ. Must be purchased separately from the Pandora FMS license. Price according to the number of deployed SAP SSIDs Ⓡ.
ITSM
